ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The individual is to handle and ensure successful end to end delivery of the IDT service projects to agreed time, ongoing management with prioritisation of IDT Services portfolio.

Reports To: Head of Global IDT Service Program Deployment Office

Reporting Level: Project reportees vary from the size of a project//programme

Geographic Scope: Global

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Clear understanding of IDT Services standards (Network, Cloud & Data center, Technology integration, End User Services, GSAM and Raising remediation request), process and systems (i.e. CMDB, LEAN IX, Asset Management)
• Assist with the development of IDT services program development office team strategy that support business goals
• Performing gap analysis to identifying improvement and initiating projects to delivering outstanding standardization and modernization.
• Ability to recommend business and technical solutions to improve operational efficiencies, effectiveness and simplifications based on data collection and diagnoses and its impact assessment
• Crafting business case based on the requirements with scope and recommended solutions, agreed targets of timeline and budget, mitigated risks and dependencies, and deliverables with clear breakthroughs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensuring the program governance is established, maintain & supervised and reviewed all program management records regularly to compliance.
• Closely working with Audit and Business Control Team to ensure projects process and work are quality compliance

• Ensuring successful end to end delivery of the IDT service program with agreed time, cost and quality, on time in full
• Updating, maintaining, and simplifying the IDT Services capabilities and technology landscape, ensuring efficient performance and alignment with modern standards
• Track project breakthroughs, timelines, work, budget and resources (forecast, actual, analysis and facilitate decision making etc.) for IDT Service projects using appropriate tools
• Accurate and efficient tracking of IDT resources via IT systems (i.e. CMDB, Asset management, LEAN IX etc)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• 8-10 years in Project/Programme Management / PMO / Planning / Portfolio management experience in large global organisation using in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers
• Experience with various project & portfolio management tools and project management or solution deployment methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc)
• Solid grasp of IDT Services Process and Technical (Infra - Network, Cloud and Integration, Application)
• Ability to lead stakeholders optimally and handling risks, issues and challenging priorities or plan for mitigations
• Demonstrates the ability to proactively take account of people issues and build a team environment.
• Good communication, planning and budgeting skills
• Strong vendor management and ability to extract maximum value with negotiation skills

BENEFICIAL

• Experience in global IT transformation projects and analytics and automation exposure. 
• Experience in Microsoft Planning tools (Project, Planner, To Do, Visio)
• Certified and experience in Agile Project Management or Waterfall Project Management - Prince2 or PMP
