FUNCTION: Human Resources

SALARY RANGE: RM 1,500 monthly allowance

LOCATION: Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for supporting human resources team in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the human resources function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects and build real-work experience.

We’re developing the next generation of leaders and will be with our interns every step of the way.

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific & Middle East

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, identify, and hire the most qualified individuals to meet the workforce needs of BAT
• Provide administrative support to the team with the day-to-day activities
• Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects
• Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out simplification of processes within the team
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Highly enthusiastic undergraduate students in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related disciplines
• 5 months endless learning journey in BAT
• Hands on in enabling systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office and Power BI would be an added advantage
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Ambitious, agileand driven individual who are looking for a global platform to learn
• Able to demonstrate adaptability and strategic thinking.
