Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop assortment and promotions recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  • Assess resource opportunities within Marketing to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Stakeholders for Assortment & Promotions follow up and support.
  • Database management.
  • Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth (RGM).
  • Leverage analytical tools by providing insights and recommendations towards the achievement of RGM financial and commercial plans in addition to supporting execution initiatives.
  • Contribute to continually improving business performance by conducting analyses and developing insights to drive velocity and net revenue growth.
  • Establish a deep understanding of assortment & promotion strategies, internal processes, and overall technical requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics or Engineering strongly preferred), or equivalent job-related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, category management, assortment, customer planning, sales strategy or finance with emphasis on FMCGs.
  • Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced).
  • Experience with data management software/programming language such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, Knime. Etc.
  • Have strong analytical and numerical skills to understand and analyse impacts of business decisions on financial results.
  • Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, driven and willing to continuous development.
  • Be an inspiring and engaging individual capable to influence around different areas.
  • Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background are preferred.
