PURPOSE STATEMENT

To support Western Europe Talent stream in projects across the Western Europe by cyclic processes (ex: TRM/ Performance management/Employment Cost/  etc. ) as well as ad hoc project initiatives (Turnover analysis, OD restructuring etc.)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Overseeing Organizational Design Governance and supporting the business with collecting & storing relevant approvals.
  • Closely working with the end market HRBPs and the corporate finance teams to managing end to end employment cost process across Western Europe (developing and enhancing HC tracking, cause of chance templates, coordinating the area wide consolidation etc.).
  • Assisting with the Performance cycle on area level.
  • Supporting the Talent Review Process across the area including the coordination of monthly Talent SOP.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends and patterns in talent management and employee performance.
  • Developing recommendations to implement data-driven solutions to improve talent management processes.
  • Creating reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management.
  • Supporting Talent & OE Manager with the ad hoc projects and day to day activities.

I. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience

Education and work experience

  • University degree Business or relevant
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an international organisation

Functional Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office- Excel, Windows, financial software programs)
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Business English proficiency

Managerial and Interpersonal Skills

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to convince and influence
  • The ability to adapt to change and find opportunities
  • Persistence in achieving the proposed objectives, even under complex or adverse conditions
