WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Ensure 100% OTIF (On Time, In Full) POSM & Planogram deployment as per the plan, with rigorous monitoring via the HEBAT app.
- Guarantee 100% execution of in-store activation across all channels, achieving 100% program targets.
- Enhance impact and visibility in business meetings, becoming the go-to person for Vuse campaign deployment and execution excellence.
- Strengthen TM&D field force execution through team capability development, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Apply strategic thinking to drive volume growth and optimize channel performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend actionable improvements.
- Drive channel expansion initiatives, ensuring optimal distribution and visibility in General Trade and other key segments.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies in all activations and deployments.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution excellence.
