ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As an intern in the DBS MX Hub you will have the exposure to business since day 1. Experience in an international company to start your professional career path and you will learn how DBS and Digital Transformation works in BAT.

Reports to: Demand Planning Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Assisting with Demand Planning activities.
- Help with month-end Demand KPI reports and data driven recommendations.
- Execute and Develop Dashboards to follow up on demand trends and accuracy.
- Being accountable by making sure that the information is 100% correct and delivered on time to fulfil reports and dashboards to the team.
- Support and collaborate DBS MX teams in projects to deliver additional value to the business
- Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations.
- Identify and provide ongoing support to the DBS MX Teams on system-wide matters needing attention.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Determined and curious. Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.
- Proven record of analytical thinking. Knowledge and not necessary experience in extracting, validating, reviewing data and making conclusions based on it.
- Able to make analysis and recognizing opportunities for improving Demand Planning KPIs and simplify daily operation Well-organized and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel. Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is needed. Proficient level of Excel from Intermediate to Advanced.
- Able to work with analysis of information
- Development of dashboards in Power BI is a must. Comfortable interpreting and manipulating data is a must.
- Excellent English and Spanish written, oral and presentation communication skills is a must.
- Need a strong work ethic and willing to learn quickly.Candidate is well organized and able to effectively manage deadlines. Demonstrated leadership skills and team-oriented activities.
- Studying 6th semester and above Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
BENEFICIAL
- Data Analytics or Big Data experience is a plus.
- Analytics and data management experience highly preferred.
